SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We do not install customer supplied parts or items purchased through our website.
*Some items such as lithium batteries needing to be shipped via freight will need to have shipping discussed over the phone or email as we need to know if you have a forklift, hours of operation etc. or have the battery shipped and held at your local FedEx location for pick up if a forklift is not available. *
Bend Battery reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time for any reason. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or to US territories including but not limited to American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
All shipments with a retail cost of over $500 may require a signature by the buyer to be received.
Items may be shipped in multiple boxes depending on size and weight and in some cases may arrive at the destination on different days.
A majority of our products will be shipped within 24 hours of payment but may take up to 5 business days to be shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Some items my require a direct signature upon delivery. If an item is returned to us due lack of signature, you will be refunded minus the 15% restock fee and the cost of shipping.
-Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
-Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bend Battery and Bendbattery.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Bendbattery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus a 15% restocking fee. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
