Consultation/Technical Support 30 Minutes via Phone
Need help picking the right products for your unique wants and needs? Not sure where to start or if what you already have will ensure a disaster-free adventure? You can purchase a 30 minute consultation with one of our system engineers to start from scratch, fine tune or troubleshoot your power system. We are only able to give advice and technical support on products that we sell and support at Bend Battery. This conusltation in some cases may be split into two seperate interactions. For example to gather information, take pictures, attempt troubleshooting procedured laid out by Bend Battery Staff etc. and then reconnect with the team to ensure a solution was found or move on to a new plan for finding solutions. Once you have purchased your consultation, you will recieve a questionairre via email. This questionairre is used to get as much information ready for your consult so we can make the most of your phone consult. It is not required but will help you get the most of your consultation.
